Shipments and Returns

1.) When will I receive confirmation from my order? If you provided an email address a confirmation will be emailed to you within 5 minutes of placing your order.

2.) How do I cancel my order? If you would like to cancel your order please call us at 620-345-8621. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on where it is in the order process. Please have your order number available when you call.

3.) How do I exchange or return an item? Please contact the Gear Department at The Grasshopper Company (620-345-8621). Please have your order number available when you call.

4.) How do I change the shipping address for my order? If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped please call us. Please have your order number available when you call.

5.) How do I find my password if I have forgotten it? If you provided an email address during your account setup you can request a new, temporary password be sent to your email address. You may access the password request page from the login screen.

6.) How do I find out the status of my order and tracking information? Order status and access to previous orders can be found in the Your Account section by clicking on your name in the top right. You must be logged-in.

Ordering

To order any product featured on this website, simply add it to your shopping cart. After each item is added to your cart, you will automatically be directed to your shopping cart. You may either checkout at this time, or continue shopping. You will be required to setup an account if this is your first visit to this website.  This ensures the accuracy and security of your ordering experience. You will also be required to login to add items to your cart.

We can invoice current, factory authorized Grasshopper dealers.

You have the option of applying CO-OP Funds to your order during 'Step 2' of the checkout process. Please enter "co-op" in the Redemption Code box, select your method of payment and click "Continue Checkout".  Your order will be placed on hold until Grasshopper approves the CO-OP fund usage.  If your CO-OP fund amount was not available at the time you placed your order, Grasshopper will also update this information.

Allow additional time for clothing orders. Extra time is required for embroidery and shipping.

Sales Tax

Applicable state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in the State of Kansas.

Shipping and Handling (US only)

Shipping costs are estimated costs for customer convenience. Costs may vary due to additional fees, tare weights and applicable pricing changes from shipping carriers.

The following is for US orders only.  If you are ordering outside the US you will be contacted within 72 hours after placing your order with a shipping quote.

You have the option to select a ship method during "Step 2" of the checkout process.  All orders placed by 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day following payment verification.  Ground orders are usually received within 5-7 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of your order and the type of service you request.  You’ll see estimated shipping charges listed on the "Shopping Cart" page before checkout, as well as during "Step 1" of the checkout process. For delivery on a Saturday, please contact our Customer Service department for additional information and charges.

All in stock orders placed by 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day following payment verification. Orders shipped via Standard are usually received within 5-7 business days.

Inventory

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock, we will backorder the item and ship when it is available. If you need your order at a certain date please contact us by using the contact form above.  Be sure to include your order number.

Embroidered Items

In order to provide a wide selection of clothing designs, colors and sizes, we may special order some embroidered items. Please allow an additional 3-4 weeks processing for these items.
